Yoga Therapy
Yoga reduces stress and increases flexibility and strength. Yoga
also helps promote healthy immune, digestive, and hormonal systems.
Yoga creates a clear, calm mind and enhances circulation by increasing
the amount of oxygen in the blood. Yogic exercise also develops
a keener sensitivity to understanding and feeling what is going
on inside the physical, mental, and emotional self.
Kristin teaches individuals
with injuries and pain (those who need to restructure their bodies)
in order to be able to take a beginner's class. She is an experienced
Beginner and Intermediate Level Hatha / Zen Yoga Instructor. Each
class is customized to the students' needs. Please join us for
a class. Bring a large towel or yoga mat and wear comfortable
clothes (sweats or t-shirt and shorts are fine).
Kristin is available to teach yoga at your home office or school. Get a class together for $100 - split it with your friends and co-workers. Better yet get your corporate office to set up a regular class for you
